Geoffrey Waburi – Director
Geoffrey holds a bachelor of arts degree in Land Economics from the University of Nairobi (1997), ISK Diploma in Valuation and Estate Management and is a Full member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya.
He is a Registered Valuer by the Valuers Registration Board under cap 532. He is also a holder of CPA Part 2. He has over 20 years of experience in Valuation and property management having previously worked with Highland Valuers and lately Llyod Masika Limited in capacities of either valuer or property manager.
His experience with the above firms has made him an all round person in the field of valuation and property management.
Within kenstate Valuers, he is the director in charge of property management and finance.
Alfred M. Muchiri – Director
He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Land Economics from the University of Nairobi (1995), ISK Diploma in Valuation and Estate Management and is a Full Member of Institution of Surveyors of Kenya. He is a Registered Valuer by the Valuers Registration Board under Cap 532. He is also a holder of CPA part 3, that is a Fully Qualified Accountant.
He has over 20 years of experience of valuation and property management having previously worked with Aradon and Co Valuers, Mamuka Valuers(M) Limited and Tysons ltd, all of which are established firms in the practice and in the first two, he was in charge of the respective valuation sections.
Within Kenstate Valuers, he is the director in charge of valuations.
